Capella Minerals Ltd is an exploration and development company focused on gold-copper projects in northern Finland and copper-cobalt projects in central Norway.

Capella’s northern Finland portfolio consists of 5 gold-copper projects – including the priority and former Anglo American plc Killero East project – all located in the highly prospective Central Lapland Greenstone Belt (Cullen Resources JV).

In Central Norway, Capella holds a 100% interest in the advanced exploration-stage Hessjøgruva copper-cobalt project, in addition to participating (since August, 2024) in a strategic partnership with Teako Minerals in the Løkken district.

Capella’s management team has a wealth of technical and market experience, and a proven track record of success in finding and advancing mineral discoveries. Recent success stories for the Capella team include Mariana Resources Ltd (acquired by Sandstorm Gold in 2017) and Extorre Gold Mines (acquired by Yamana Gold in 2012).
