Capella Minerals Ltd is an exploration and development company focused on gold-copper projects globally.

Capella’s portfolio of copper-gold assets includes the Solana Iron-Oxide Copper-Gold (“IOCG”) project in SE Spain. The Solana project includes a former mining district from which historical production was derived from high-grade (magnetite/hematite)-copper-gold veins. Capella’s exploration programs at Solana are designed to evaluate both the resource potential of the high-grade copper-gold veins, together with the targeting of large, buried IOCG-type deposits.

Capella is also currently advancing the high-grade Hessjøgruva copper-cobalt project in central Norway through a JV agreement with Turkish mining company, Tümad Madencilik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (“Tümad”). Approximately 8,000m of fully funded diamond drilling are expected to be completed at Hessjøgruva in 2027. The Company also retains an 80% interest in a portfolio of five copper-gold exploration permits in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt of northern Finland.     

Capella also holds Net Smelter Royalties on the Savant Gold Project in Ontario, Canada (BeMetals Corp.) and the Central Finland Lithium Projects (Grit Metals Corp.) as a result of the divestiture of non-core assets.

Our management team has a wealth of technical and market experience, and a proven track record of success in finding and advancing precious and base metal discoveries. Recent success stories for the Capella team include Mariana Resources Ltd (Hod Maden; acquired by Sandstorm Gold in 2017) and Extorre Gold Mines (Cerro Moro; acquired by Yamana Gold in 2012).
