VP Shareholder Relations and Corporate Development

Karen has been involved in the mining industry for over 20 years with a focus on Senior Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Corporate Communications roles. Karen has had extensive experience with a number of exploration and production companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange including Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., Rye Patch Gold Corp. and Mariana Resources Ltd., before joining Capella Minerals, and currently holds a position with Pinnacle Silver and Gold as Director, Investor Relations.  Ms. Davies has led various marketing initiatives with public company management teams to assist with equity financings, to secure coverage from all sectors of the investing community, and to implement internal procedures to ensure clear and effective communication.
